This particular yoga sequence focuses on the solar plexus manipura chakra.
Your solar plexus manipura chakra is your third chakra and is located in upper body. It falls between the belly button and the breastbone.
Balancing the third chakra can restore a sense of purpose, release the need to control others and help improve your self esteem.
